The dry & curing department is the first stop for our plants after harvest. Here, they are closely monitored, and once they are dry enough, the process of debucking, trimming, and curing begins. The work is seated and repetitive, with a strong focus on hygiene and precision.
Your tasks:
Trimming and debucking various cannabis strains;
Working on the Mobius conveyor line;
Checking machine output;
Cleaning your workspace and surroundings.
You may occasionally be asked to support other departments, so flexibility is required.
The team consists of 30 employees with different skills and backgrounds. It is a close-knit team focused on quality and proud of the product. Together with the supervisor and team manager, they ensure all products move into production on time, clean, and properly checked.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:30. During busy periods, those who are willing and available may work an additional day in the weekend.
You are precise, hygienic, and able to work independently;
You understand instructions in English; Dutch is a plus;
Experience with trimming is a strong plus;
You live within 50 km of Bemmel;
Most importantly: you are a pleasant colleague to work with. 😉
You will be part of a company that is making history;
A full-time position (40 hours per week) in a friendly team;
Day shifts, Monday to Friday;
A starting salary of €2,750 gross per month based on 40 hours per week;
25 vacation days, 8% holiday allowance, and a pension scheme;
Travel allowance of €0,23 per km.
