Cultivation assistant

We are currently in a growth phase, which means you will have plenty of opportunities to learn and contribute to building a new, professional cultivation environment. Experience working in a greenhouse is a plus; an interest in plants and cultivation is essential.

• You will work with different varieties of cannabis plants.

• You will care for mother plants, take and inspect cuttings, transplant plants, carry out crop maintenance and support the harvesting process.

• You will keep your work area clean and work according to established hygiene and quality standards.

You will work as part of a dedicated team of cultivation employees and supervisors, where we set high standards and continuously work together to improve the cultivation process.

The working day starts at 08:00 and ends at 16:30. Weekend work is required occasionally.

• You have an interest in plants and don’t mind being on your feet and walking a lot.

• You speak English; Dutch is a plus.

• You are accurate, motivated and take your work seriously.

• Experience is a plus, but your motivation and attitude are more important.

• You are flexible and willing to work weekends when needed.

To support a healthy work-life balance, we are looking for candidates who live within a 50 km radius of Bemmel.

• A full-time position (40 hours per week)
