We are in a start-up phase, so you’ll have the chance to learn a lot and help build a professional cultivation environment. Experience with cannabis is a plus; interest in plants and cultivation is required.
Work with different types of cannabis plants
Care for mother plants, trim and check cuttings, plant seedlings, perform plant maintenance, and assist with harvest
Keep your workspace clean and follow hygiene and quality rules
You will work in a committed team of cultivation employees and supervisors, where we set high standards and continuously improve our cultivation process.
Interest in plants and comfortable with walking and physical work
English speaking; Dutch is a plus
Accurate, motivated, and takes work seriously
Experience is a plus, but motivation and attitude matter more
Flexible and willing to work weekends when needed
Full-time position (40 hours/week)
Competitive salary depending on experience and knowledge
25 vacation days, 8% holiday allowance, and pension scheme
Travel allowance of €0.23 per km (max 50 km one-way)
Work in a new environment in a growing, regulated market
